Looks really nice. Be sure to look at it carefully! Realtors use weird fish eye camera lenses to make rooms look way bigger in pictures, it's funny.

i totally know what you mean about those fish eye lenses. i've seen a few places already where the room sizes blew my mind. a couple of places were just like it was a couple of closets and a kitchen. this place is pretty amazing inside, though. the current owner's an electrician so he did all these crazy updates himself. it's definitely a place where there's no work that needs to be done, but i just didn't know about that part of bayview. it's not ideal, but as long as it's safe it's okay. going to check it out again on wednesday to ask some questions about the basement, and assuming that and an inspection go well, i'm pretty sold on this place.
