BARBOSSA: First. Your return to shore was not part of our negotiations nor our agreement, and so I 'must' do nothing. Secondly: you must be a pirate for the pirate's code to apply. And you're not. And thirdly ... the code is more what you'd call guidelines than actual rules. Welcome aboard the Black Pearl, Miss Turner.

Rules only exist for the games people play in their heads. That doesn't mean they're not occasionally useful, or that we can't learn from experience.

Personally, I don't consult the monopoly manual before I make my own decisions. I generally try to use my brain. (I'm not saying I'm always successful, but I do try :-)

And who says you can't fall in love with your best friend? I can't think of a better way to start a relationship.
