Well, I just finished 11 chapters of Egeria's Legacy and I'm gobsmacked. What a great read! As an exploration of Sam, it's wonderful. There are some lovely twists and turns, and chapter 11's final request from Sam made me cheer "you go, Sam!" She is moving forward and her journey to this point has been painful and well done. Also, I'm shallow enough to say that the S/J has been great. Chapter 6? You know I had to reread that one and loved it. I'm very curious how these two are going to work it. I fear leaving it in the room because as 2IC to Hammond, isn't Jack still her supervisor? aaaiieee....

So, now I have this one and String Theory to eagerly anticipate. Thanks!

Oh, it's going to be very rainy here tomorrow, so it will be perfect weather for sitting inside and reading. Just an observation. ::nudge, nudge::

Wow, thanks Kat! I can't believe you read that whole thing in a day. :) I've been working on that sucker for a year and half now, but the light is certainly at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, the pit failed to send out alerts when I posted that last chapter so no one know it is there! Frustrating. (As for the Jack 2IC of base, making him chain of command whatsis, I am not that much of a stickler for military protocol. What I don't know, can't impact my stories. :P Heheh.
