Very nice. But shouldn't you be writing? ;-)

uh...making icons about writing doesn't count as actual writing? Damn. But I did hit the momentous 25,000 words today! Half way there! *cheer*

Yes, I shouldn't give you any grief, you've down exceptionally well and should easily make your goal!

Hee, these are amusing. And (c) brings back memories from my freshman year Japanese Art presentation on the differences between the genders in the case of writing. Good times...

Ah, yes. Chinese-based kanji script vs the 'women's hand' of dear Lady Murosaki? Good times. (methinks we took some of the same classes back in the day. ;) Fandom is so damn edumacational.

Yes, exactly! It's one of the things I still remember quite clearly from that class, which is impressive considering how quickly I forgot what the mudras of the Buddha statues mean ^^;;

Ah, the Christine de Pisan one! Why did I never think of that?

Yes, dear Christine de Pisan? What would she think to know she is a feminist icon now? :) And good luck with a Margery Kempe icon. Are there even images of her? (although any woman who bore 14 kids and found time dictate a novel deserves an icon at the very least)

I just kept noticing I had no writer icons for my NaNo posts! A sad situation indeed. I still need a stupid writer brain one, though.
