I just realized that I've lived in LA for over two years. I seriously thought it had only been about a year. I mean I knew it was really more than that but over two years, really? I don't know why I feel so surprised and weird about it.

I think it's totally normal to feel weird about this and in some ways I understand. However, I just wanted to say that I am really happy you moved here because I don't want to think about my life if I had never met you. Honestly! I'm just so happy that we have become friends and I feel lucky that I am in many ways adding to and building a family that I truly feel good about for the first time.

umm, why do i have to be anonymous? it's me, s.a.
i can totally believe you've been gone for 2 years. it seems longer than that to me, honestly. maybe it's because i feel like i've been gone for 8, and so then it seems like everyone else has been gone that long, too.
be surprised, but don't feel weird, sugar. nothing to feel weird about. or, you could feel weird if it would mean that you would come back to TN. that wouldn't be so weird, would it?
