pretty much every time i make a call, excuse me, TRY TO MAKE A CALL, with cingular, my hands start to shake violently and i want to rip my phone apart and smash it to the ground.

ARGH!!!!

That's a very troubling condition. Perhaps you should see a doctor about that! ;)
