it looks painful.

i just hope more movies come out like this, to show the ugly side of war. i'm not saying this is the right movie to do this, i'm just saying this is the right direction.

i just want a call to action. it's time to let it resound.

I've never understood the want or 'need' to go to war, but I do understand wanting to fight for what you believe in.

Fighting for your Queen and country and having a war because you can are very different to me.

I grew up learning about WWII and visiting museums where they had Anderson shelters and blitz simulators with smoke and sirens and broken glass and random belongings amongst rubble. It wasn't real, but it felt it. And it still terrifies me.
