Ghost Friends

I like new friends and I love making new ones on lj. I have made some great new acquaintances, especially in the last year, and you all know who you are and how much you mean to me. Lately, however, I've noticed that a few 'ghost' friends have spontaneously appeared. People have just added me without so much as a wave or a hello. I just don't see
