Don't really know how I feel about this. I know there were many fans that thought she would be perfect for the role. And I have to say, I think that she 'could have been'  a wonderful Wonder Woman. I think she would have been perfect. And as for it being too much 'like Kahlan', well, there will be roles like that out there. She's good at acting that part. And lets be honest, how often does a role like that come along where the casting isn't already decided by the directors? I don't know though. Personally, I think she'd be fit for it. She knows how to play the part of a strong and capable woman who also has a heart. And as far as sterotypes go, I think that would only be true if she continued to do a series of roles focusing around that. Because really, any role with the female as one of the leads who is kicking ass, it's going to be considered Kahlan-ish then. Which, I have mixed feelings about. I don't necessarily think it will be like Kahlan, considering that character is complex and uniquely different than most that would be available. But I see what you mean.

Thanks for the response! Oh, believe me, I think she would have been perfect (in a perfect script). And I agree, any role with 'kick-ass' will be considered Kahlan-ish. In my opinion, there can't be too much of those, btw.

Me either. From what I've read about this show I'm kind of glad Bridget won't have to be a part of it. Far be it from me to make judgments about what's best for her career, but I think she'll be better off in the long run for having missed this one!

I thought she would have been prefect, and maybe she would have been. But lets face it. This show doesn't scream ratings and if Bridget is going to more on to something else, I'd rather it be something that actually looks entertaining. Not to mention now she is still available for when we get Season 3.
