OKay. I have good news and bad news.

The good news is: I bought two new pairs of shoes, a pink shirt, a new wallet, and a Nick toons video from Ross. (I really needed new shoes...they're nice shoes, too. One pair for club and one pair for job-hunting.)

The bad news: I am a fucking cow. I tried on so many pairs of pants at the Ross on Lodi and... ( Read more... )

Easy there! I know your pain, I hate shopping for the same reason, but beating yourself up over it doesn't help, it just makes you feel like crap (I know, I am constantly doing the same thing, but that doesn't make it a healthy pattern). If you really want to chart what you are eating and expending, use this site http://www.fitday.com/
It's free and handy. Also, what wroks for me (when I am motivated to do it) is getting more exercise and not worrying about the dieting part so much. I try to walk or swim, or even just doing something at home. It makes you feel better and I lost 3 inches in 2 weeks just through exercise!

It's just so hard to go shopping because the cheap clothes (Ross, T.J. Max) don't fit and the expensive clothes fit fine. Thanks for the website, when I get a chance, I'll sign up'n'stuff.

I actually exercise more then I used to (with two jobs, I have to sweep, walk and lift heavy stuff A LOT) but for some reason I think I've gained more weight. Thanks for the advise. Once I quit my night job, I'll have more time and energy to exercise.

Ya know what I did that helped? I ate Lean Cuisines for lunch and sucked up jamba Juices with burner boosts in them and gave myself one pig-out day a week, when I would be free to eat cookies and pizza and whatever. I lost 30 pounds doing that.

But cupcakes is right: don't beat yourself up over it, kid. I'd take you over some crank-skinny dipshit blonde barbie any day... because you're cool.

Ohhh I love Lean Cuisines! In any case, I shoulnd't be spending my money on Jamba Juice...although I do...yeah...30 Pounds is a lot of weight. I really honestly don't even think I could take a whole day to gourge...I rarely gourge now. I just don't eat right.

---*tilts head to the side while plays with hair, vacant look* Uhh...crank, like, makes you skinny? Do you know any crank dealers?

Thanks for the compliment and advice. :D

Here, I'll put up my 'embarassed' icon for moral support. :)

When you're really ready, I'll help you on an eating plan.

I like the embarassed icon. It makes me laugh every single time I see it. (Thanks for the moral support, too)

I would love to sit down anytime with you and do an eating plan but I am very weird about these kinds of things. I feel really uncomfortable when people try to help me loose weight. And I mean ANYBODY. You could be the fattest person on the planet and I'll still feel uncomfortable. But hey, I'm willing to give myself a try...
