I don't know who at what level's agenda it was, but I detected perhaps slightly too many exclusively pandering bits throughout those four shows. Obviously, if you're suddenly facing an audience ten times bigger than the usual one, you'll want to see how loud you can make its noises, maybe, but not for the whole time. I don't understand the audiences that respond to those, either. I can't think of a single famous, Madison Connecticut originating person or organization that I would scream at the mere mention of. Ehhh, I can't even think of any famous Madison originating persons. I suppose Madison's not a major town, but I can't think of any from New Haven, either. I wish I could, though, just so I could say I would not be impressed to hear them mentioned
