my theory is that because the bear is black/dark and you were asked to count passes between the white team only, of course your brain is going to mask it out.
if a polar bear walked through, i don't think it would work so well.
Definitely true, although the point still stands that drivers are not looking out for or even thinking about bikers, which is the source of a lot of unnecessary accidents.
