Frankly, I'm not great with plants, either...but I've found that my two little orchids kind of thrive on neglect. hah.

Yeah, it was pretty all blue like that tonight, but still. Enough already!

It is fun, the ridiculous cold and snow and my orchid blooming out of nowhere like that, and after three years of nothing...
So sorry you're getting more snow, good luck. I'm so done with it, and so, so ready for spring.

Eee! Orchids! If anything deserves celebrating, Hawaiian orchids would be it. Go you, indeed! :D

And, yes, I understand intellectually that persistent snow would be a PITA, but I never can seem to get past "ooooh, pretty!" ;)

Aw, yeah, it really is pretty (when I'm inside in the warmth and looking out)--and I really love having a little Hawaii here in the house in winter, especially after thinking these plants would never, ever bloom.
