What a glorious weekend

Hi everyone!  Welcome back from your respective three day weekends.  Here's what we did:

1. Saw X-Men 3.  Erik's review is up with one of the FUNNIEST cartoons I have ever seen.  Check it out.  He did forget the mention that we totally saw the trailer for SNAKES ON A PLANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It was everything I hoped it would be, and more.

I saw xmen3 and didn't get a preview for mutherfucking snakes on a mutherfucking plane. wtf? no, i'm not bitter or anything. snakes on a plane! 2

I do love that cartoon -- i'm most partial to the "pimp cane" references.

after seeing the movie, the next hour (ish) was spent by scott telling me everything that was wrong. from juggernaut not really being a mutant (so the kid would have had no affect) and half brother of xavier to magneto not being strong enough to move the whole golden gate bridge... I mostly enjoyed the movie before I was told everything that was wrong with it. The only problem I had was the egregious body count... I don't think they killed a tenth that many people in the previous 2 movies.

most of my monday was also spent sucked in by "Deadliest Catch" drama... I can't help but cheer on the Rollo boat and their hippie (ish) capt who drinks green tea.

"I'ma hit you with your own pimp!" is still my favorite line from that cartoon.
