Did you know that when you are on hold with Orbitz and they give you that "please say your phone number, etc"... that if you say "EAT SHIT" they will immediately put you through to a live person?
It makes sense, actually. If they're worried about pleasing people, they should really program words like that into their system so they can tell when people have really reached their limit of patience, so they can shuffle them through to a live person.
