Where I attempt to recap the 3-Day

This is where I will attempt to recap the 3-Day. But I already know I will do a poor job, because there's so much to tell, so many amazing moments and stories to tell, and I just can't capture them all.

1. Awesome post. Best ever. I almost started bawling.
2. To distract you from your pain, go to www.24trailer.com.
3. Be proud of you--because a whole lot of people already are.

Nice work--

I forgot to mention - in the Opening Ceremonies, they had a pre-recorded intro and the voice totally sounded like Jack Bauer.

Great pics and great story. Congrats on finishing! As I have never walked that far, how long did it take to walk the 20 miles each day?

If we walked satraight, it would have taken anywhere from 7-9 hours (9 on the second day when we were exhausted, 7 on the 3rd day when we were hauling ass). But with pitstops and everything, we pretty much walked from sunrise to sunset.

That was a great post. Totally makes up for the lack of posts (seemingly everywhere) lately. I know you have a lot going on.

Reading your story and the pictures totally reminded me of the MS150 last year... Well, I guess it was actually only a couple months ago.. but regardless, very much reminded me of that. The people cheering, the huge effort, and sleeping on the hard ground.

I'm a lazy sod now, but what can you do?

Congratulations again! Can't wait for the wedding!
