I quite like it the way it's turned out-- but that scene of him holding the hallowed out book sounds really good... maybe, if you still can, find a way to put it in there, somewhere? If not, it's always a cool idea for future use :)

I'm loving Clandestine. I like the whole feel about the story and the plotline. The whole high-society snobs is cool the way you've written it. I like it a lot.

As for whether the original is better than the one that you've posted on fanfic, I wouldn't know. The one you have published is really cool, and I like it, but the hollowed out book would be nice to just put into the story. Though, Mike Newton as a peeping tom is a little weird for me.

I think the way you've written Clandestine worked out very well. I've also changed things from my original outline and in most cases it worked out better. Maybe you can write some outtakes of what it would be in an original version. The part about Carlisle and Esme being in it seems cool, and the hollowed out book. Although maybe the hollowed book can make an appearance somewhere along the line.

until I read the original version, I can't really judge which was better. everything happens for a reason. Peeping tom Mike sounds funny, and I don't really like Marie, so I'm not sure.

I would love you to try and write some of the original and post as outtakes for people like me. :) <3
