Went to a riding clinic saturday, and boy am I sore. It was great, though- I'm starting to get the hang of collection and half-halts and all that good stuff, and got to ride a lovely Arabian mare who was delightful- sweet-tempered, co-orerative, lively but not spazzy. Also got to surprise the wonderful instructor with a new 15th C chaperon helmet

I was laying in bed this morning, layerd in snoozing cats thinking smugly, I'm not sore at all!!
and then I coughed.

omg.

and then i crawled to the ibuprofin bottle and into a hot shower, which helped a lot.

doing it more often will help a lot :)
