All in all, I've had better days...
This morning I thought -Yeah, a couple more hours of sleep!- I had to go to work in the afternoon so I was really taking it easy...
Until my sister shrieks and wakes me up saying that one of our bathroom pipes had broken and that water was spraying out of the sink.
O_O
So while she went to work and ditched me with the pipe, I had to get up, close the general pipe (so, no water in the house!), get dressed and call the plumber who told me that he'd be at our house around lunchtime... maybe..
I kept hoping he'd be here before one o'clock because it takes me an hour and a half to get to work and if he got here later, I'd be late.
At half past twelve, he still wasn't here so I called work and said that I wasn't coming. My boss was quite sympathetic..
Plumber man came at almost two o'clock and finished after five minutes.
So... I just lost a day of work for a 5 minutes thing...
At least there aren't any more leaks.. for the moment.. The man said that we really have to rebuild our bathroom: it's way too old..
