On 12/19/2008, Ken Starr and Prop 8 Legal Defense Fund filed legal briefings to defend Prop 8 and seeking to nullify the 18,000 same-sex couples that were married before Prop 8 passed.

Signed. Someone made a comment before about how pathetic it is that Californians care more about their farm animals than the gays (the passing of Prop 2). It's pretty sad.
