Regarding Sir Terry Pratchett

My husband ​is reading Night Watch to me tonight while I sip wine and listen. This seems like a lot for someone missed often as a favorite author. So the thing is, I'm a literature person whose eyes have a tracking problem-- I can't read. Chris is dyslexic, and has never really been able to read easily-- it takes a certain kind of book to get him engaged. Terry Pratchett's books are his favorites, and, to me, indicate how powerful good writing really is. A special kind of magic, to be sure.
