I'm so in the middle of a HP crisis or something. I just MISS IT SO MUCH, the days when there were still new books, or just 2007 in general. Just... knowing it'll never happen again. OK so there are movies, and thank God that's until 2011, but still. They wreck it anyway, they always do! And it physically hurts me to see how the activity on forums ( Read more... )

Ah, I just put on "Into the West", which I listened to all through the first chapters of DH back *then*. I was blubbering at the effing DEDICATIONS :D

I was just thinking that today as well, on my way to the movie, how much I miss the anticipation factor of fandom! I still remember how exciting it was, particularly prior to HBP, when it was still up in the air as to what was going to happen with my ships.

It was, wasn't it? Sigh. I have a tiny version of that now with my TV obsession Gossip Girl, but it's not even close to being the same. HP FTW! And I should really try posting some fic one of these days...
