I'm frustrated with life, others, time and how there's never enough of it, and mostly myself. Sometimes I wonder who thought it was a good idea to give this position because I really am doubting my abilities right now. Gah.

Now to the library for the rest of the night to study like a mofo.

i totally understand how you feel, but you're doing a wonderful job. it'll take time, but so far you're doing great and i think people really see that. it may not feel like it, but things seem to be going great so far...maybe not quite as you'd hoped, but progress has been made and it's because of you.

oh, and you were given your position because you really care about ritual. you realize how important and meaningful it is, and you're the most likely person to be able to get others to see that too.
