i am in Indiana now. it is very hot and more humid than LA. i am all settled in and my mom just left to go back to Santa Cruz. I am a little sad because i know i will miss her, but at the same time i am hopeful that all of this will work out well. i think that my mom leaving is just another way for my fears of being alone to materialize. i really
