I'm feeling really stupid at the moment, I've spent that last week caring for and looking after my father for him to repay me as treating me as his verbal punching bag. you need to find a space mate!
somewhere soundproof and safe..
you should do your flat up like some escapist paradice!
somewhere where you can turn in, and chill out.
my room has little nick-nacks and decorations and this and that EVERYWHERE to remind me of ups and to escape from downs.. its the best thing anyone can do for themselves especially when they've got loads on their plate!
