Your first rule states 'no personal attacks' and yet their are thread dedicated to opinions on people? All or nothing.

If there is name calling or threats then I will intervene. Opinion =/= personal attacks.

What is the difference between calling someone a bitch & listing all the ways you don't like them?

Nothing when you are that person, I get that. However, this comm was created in order for people to state their opinions whether they be positive or negative. My definition of a personal attack is - as I said - either a direct or indirect threat or name calling. if a thread becomes 'too much' and it doesn't contain either of these things then I will step in. I haven't seen that yet, imo. If there is ever a comment that you find to be steping over the line then please notify me of it in this post. Thanks.

I think if there is going to be a rule saying we can't call people out there should be one stating that people can't bring things that other's post in locked entries.

Screencaps, direct quotes, or names of particular users saying something. I would go as far as suggesting NOTHING from a locked entry be brought up here because really that has little to do with iconning. I think it's bad enough people have to worry about what is being said about their character and/or icons but to know that even their journal isn't safe either is unfair and unnecessary.

This coming from someone who has been here since the post opened and hasn't had anything negative said about them, I just know what it's like to have FO entries be brought to public and you feel like nothing is sacred and can't trust anyone.

Please take this under consideration.

I agree with this so much! If something is locked and private there is a reason for it and pulling it out into the open is really a violation of trust.

Thank you very much. I appreciate that while this community could have been made as an easy way to drum up drama that you are still handling things seriously and respectfully. It's been nice to voice things without concerns but I do think a line needs to be drawn somewhere. So thanks, whoever you are. :) ♥
