Coming home from Queen Charlotte Island was a bit of an episode. My partner was told by the ferries staff that "there would be a sailing at 7:00am" --and decided that meant the rest of the 30 min sailings might not go due to weather... we did just come through a hurricane, after all. Yesterday: 8 hours of hot sun & 5 hours of driving without air conditioning.
Day before: ... totally a beating.
