i'm 20 and i still giggle when someone says 'penis' even if they're saying it in a really seriosu way

Oh god, so do I. I was just watching some kind of debate about whether you should teach little kids the proper words, and every time they said 'vagina' I lost it.

i sometimes feel like there's no point me ever trying to do anything. no matter what i do to try and make friends, someone else can do it better. i tell jokes and someone tells a funnier one, i compliment someone and someone else compliments someone else better. i find it so hard to make friends and i'm not shy at all and i don't think i'm annoying so why do i have such problems? people invite me out with them but they always talk to other people over me so i'm sort of left following behind, and everytime i manage to break into the conversation they answer me like once and then go back to the other person.

Have you ever told any of them that you feel that way? They obviously don't dislike you or they wouldn't be inviting you out with them, so it's more likely that they just aren't aware that they're doing it or that it's bothering you.

i have the same problem bb :( but i don't even get invited out most the time, lol. i work really hard to make friends and i'm not a mean person, but even when i think someone likes me they never invite me anywhere, so at least you're doing better than i am

Well, at least you get invited out. That's more than I can say. I have to initiate most of that crap with the few friends I have.
