I wish people would make a separate Plurk account for game plotting. Hales, Elisa, Kyrie, Trek, Julia and Joree especially. I have a Plurk for game plotting, not because I want to hear about how sick you feel or how mean your sister was.

It's their own plurks, dumbass. If you don't want to follow what they plurk about, remove them.

Not really. I was never excluded from plots or anything before I added people from the game on plurk.

a lot of people treat plurk like a personal journal, or as a way to keep in touch with their friends. a part of friendship is getting to know people outside of rp. plurk was not invented for game plotting and people can say whatever they want on it. in fact i'd say 90% of my own plurks have absolutely nothing to do with rp.

it's called the mute button. learn to fucking use it.

There's an option called 'don't follow plurks' and you won't have to see those plurks. And you can just private plurk them if you want to plot.

Just because that's what you use Plurk for doesn't mean that's what others use it for. Don't like it? Remove them. Plurk is not exclusively an RP tool and if you don't like that then you'll probably have to be more selective about who you add.

i agree. i don't care if they want to use it as a social network, but i hate having to scroll through over a hundred comments every day to find the few that have anything to do with the game.

Hey anon? If it bothers you, you don't have to keep me added! I don't mind plotting outside of plurk. I suck at getting on AIM but there's always LJ PMs and I have a plotting post on my journal as well. If you're only on my plurk for plot stuff anyway, and not because we're particularly close or talk a lot, I won't take offense if you remove me.

Unfortunately, I really don't see the benefit for me of having two plurks, since I already have enough as it is to keep up with, otherwise, I'd do that.
