So the post-election euphoria is still here this morning, and damn, does it feel good! Yesterday at work everyone was all smiles, staff and customers alike. I was on the phone when the news about Rumsfeld came, and I heard all these whoops and hollers coming from the front of the store. Good riddance Rumsfeld, sorry it took this long. It sure is a nice feeling here. Locally, we elected some promising progressive candidates too. Time to take back Reagan's "Morning in America" for the rest of us!

patrick loox good from here --better than anyone louisiana has sent to public office lately. may he be strong and straight and true to his creds-- beware, the predators of corruption must be already circling in on him.

During the campaign there were some people complaining about Patrick's corporate ties because of his former job with Coca Cola, but he's still a hell of a lot better than anyone else we've seen around here in years.
