I have a relative who does yoga for her neck and it's helped a lot. In my younger years, I found yoga very relaxing and 4 p.m. was my inviolate alone time. Unfortunately, I didn't continue with it and now I'm so broken, to the point that it would take a helluva lot of work to limber up enough to do it and I'd probably be dead before I reached that point. I once bought a book, "Yoga for the Back" or something close to that, but it involved using so many props that I was more tense and annoyed after a session than before I started, so I gave it up. You're still young enough that it should benefit you if you can stay with it.
