I've been reading about the symptoms [instead of working], and I'm now 99% sure that I have Adult ADHD or some related buggery.

Whee.

Now to pick my flavor: pyschologist or psychiatrist?

I was raised on too many prescriptions. One more that actually helps would be nothing.

first you should get an ADD coach and a good therapist. You wouldn't believe how much they help. Especially a therapist.
