This last week has been very chaotic. But you know what? I am glad it was. I'm discovering that chaos brings creativity and is actually a positive thing.

Life is rather...dull these days.

No one is ever around or has time to do anything and I seriously need some quality time with the people I care about. Life is just work, school, study, sleep, and eat if I have the time or energy to make something.

On the upside, I got a really nice compliment from a complete stranger today. And I also got to see some friends I haven't seen in a very long time.

I ran into a guy on the bus today that my ever-so-lovely sister was going to arrange to stalk me. What an awkward converstation that was. Yesterday was FABULOUS!

Jen and I hosted the first annual Bellingham Thanksgiving at our apartment. Special thanks to Jen for staying home and making a delicious Turkey! (I dare you to ask her for her secret!) I love the chill in the air these days. I much prefer these freezing, yet sun-shiny days to warmer, constantly drizzly days. Something about bundling up makes me happy. The crunch of leaves under my feet makes me smile. Returning home to a hot cup of tea is so comforting. This season of decay makes me feel so alive.
