It's funny how silly some of the factors are. At least this study admitted how they got the numbers - most studies won't report their sources of numbers or give access to decision factors for others to examine.

As bad as this study is, it is probably worth tenure in certain departments, particularly due to the use of factors 1, 11, and 13.
