So.. basically.. they just have cops around the next day.. then they left. We didn't ever get the assembly. Seniors came and spray painted the sets "Don't Hate, Seniors 08" and then everything became normal.

its called snack. Its a 15 minute break between 3rd and 4th peroid and then we have SSR, a 15 minute reading time at the beginning at 4th period. So that is nap time for most people.

Yeah, I love how everyone's freaking out about the assembly, when hardly anyone wanted it in the first place. I'm just embarrassed to say that I go to the same school as some of these morons. People were running around screaming about civil disobedience and Ghandi and MLK Jr., and it was like, no. No.

(Seniors were also throwing water bottles at lunch at cars going out of Mustang Run. That was smart.)

Hey, from the school's email: In response to the administrative decision to cancel the assembly, we had about 500 students who staged a protest after period 4. They basically remained in the quad and chanted a few things. 30 or 40 sat down for a few minutes to protest. After about 10 minutes we were able to disperse the crowd and they moved back to class. Those students who arrived back to class within 15 minutes of its start were marked tardy. Those who arrived after 15 minutes were considered truant for the period in accordance with school and district policy. A couple of students who were overtly defiant or profane were taken

They haven't said yet. I heard that the BOTG assembly was permanently cancelled... but dude. If they cancel prom, EVERYONE is going to riot hardcore. Many bitches will be shanked.
