MY psychology textbook says that theres no proof that PMS exists as like a condition, that women dont have more radical mood swings around that time of the month, and that their mood swings are about the same as mens mood swings.

but i dont believe that. i am a firm believer in PMS since it happens to me every month, unfortunately.
