I havent seen yo u in person but I always feel fat. Its the way that society makes us think. I hate the media. They want us all to be pale frail stick people that will eventually die of malnutrition. I am proud of muh flub! It will keep me alive and warm in cold weather. IM a woman not a stick.
Katie. We've talked about this. Exercise. That's the best. Don't worry about counting calories, sometimes that is the worst thing a person could do. Atleast, it's the worst thing I could do.
Try to eat five small meals a day. That speeds up your metabolisim. Oprah did it. No, I'm serious. Like. In the morning eat cereal. Then a few hours later eat a little handfull of cereal, or something healthy. Then eat lunch. Then eat something small and healthy after lunch. Then dinner. Don't eat after seven or eight. That's when your metabolism slows down. Try to stay away from bead and pastas, unless you plan on running to burn all those carbs off. Small porportions as well. Like. Don't starve yourself. But don't try to keep eating until you're fully satisified (full). Sometimes complete satisfaction isn't the best. But, most importantly. Find a diet thats right for you. Just. Whatever you do. Eat. Do not stop eating. I won't lie to you, it works. It's one hell of a fast result. But, it ruines so many internal things. And the weight comes back

yeah person above mwa^ Katie follow that. It really does work. I lost 5 pounds doing that. then I stopped and gained it back. You also feel healthier. You can also pretend its lent and give up junk food then soda then candy. I did that. And then one day I ate candy and didnt work out and gained 3 pounds. It was wierd. Much Love, berkley.
