And it really got me thinking: am I an emotional junkie? It's not like I really want to be one and for the most part, I think I've been a lot more sane and under wraps about how I feel

Don't we all thrive on emotion to some degree?

I certainly wouldn't call you an emotion junkie, though I don't know you in person. I don't think you're any more emotional than I am; enough to remind yourself you're alive, as you mention in this post.
