I have read every single one of Dave Sedaris' books and Naked is by far the funniest. My favorite is the second story in it.

Board games rule. A couple friends and I play board games, 'cause we rule.

Never chess, though. Not us, anyway - the last time I remember really playing much was with an old friend in the campus pub. Just like you can rent out pool balls and whatnot for an afternoon at a bar, so too could you borrow chess boards and game pieces. So, we ate pub grub, had a few games of chess, and watched Ultimate Fighting on TV. Ultimate Fighting is the most retarded thing ever, by the way.

Anyway - he said he'd never beat anyone as fast as he beat me. Still, we had fun.

Glad you learned to play, I really enjoy board games. Now I want to play chess. Hm.

if sedaris had a blog, it would be published as his books. he would also rule the bloguniverse (dont separate the g and u when you read that, it loses meaning)

i heart sedaris.

only a few writers have ever made me laugh out loud when i read their writing.

i'd like to add that if i were a gay man, i'd have the biggest crush on sedaris. way more than the socially acceptable hetero-sexual crush i have on him now.

or am i ahead of my time in thinking that sorta shit flies?
