This isn't too bad, though the lack of estrogen is  a little disappointing. It's always more interesting to do someone's elses nails than your own that and feminine bonding. Ah, but I guess that's all right for now. Reminds me of a year ago though I really should work on my writing more. I keep getting writers block, how annoying!  ):

Memorial Day. Hm. I suppose it is like Constitution Day, even though it's a stand-alone holiday. I don't think they celebrate Golden Week here at all.

Pretty much. I'm familiar with some of the Japanese holidays and no, I don't believe they have. I think their next related holiday is Father's Day.

Hm. I'll have to send my father something. I got here in early May and spent a lot of time moving in before my classes started. Didn't miss much.

I bet he would really enjoy that~ A day dedicated to fathers is admiral, though I appreciate what papa does regardless with or without a holiday. I think a few weeks back they celebrated Mother's day too...Not that I can really celebrate that one.

I do wish France had more holidays in the year.

Memorial Day... We never had anything like that at my old school. It seems interesting, though.

I, also, would love to see more girls in this place. I want a girlfriend... But if you need a dose of femininity, you're welcome to paint my nails and gossip with me. I can't help in the estrogen department. Or the 'feminine bonding.'

I think the only holidays we have close to that in France is Fête du premier mai (Labor Day) and Fête de la Victoire 1945 (WWII Victory Day). We only celebrate about 11 holidays in a year.

I would certainly like to see more. Ah, would you! That would really improve my mood this evening~ <3 <3 <3

Holidays can be great fun. Especially if you celebrate them with people who enjoy celebrating life in all its forms~

We can have a girls' night whenever you would like. What size clothing do you wear? I have a few outfits I think you would look cute in. We sort of look around the same size.
