my doctor is fucking unreliable

i made an appointment last month to have my spinal injections done on the 24th of sept. i took off that day and the following from work, had jayme take off that day to drive me, and rescheduled all of my clients. now i get a call today, saying they cant do it until the following friday because the doctor wont be in that day. what the fuck!? why
