Are there really 2 more digits? If so, that looks like an international number from England (the England code is '44'), so the number would really be:

+44 1415 7313xx

In which case, area code 01415 in England is Glasgow, if that's any help.

That could be it. My cell phone is a POS, so it most likely just doesn't know how to show it.
