the inimitable invader_kitty has started a poll asking people to list three people they would like to fuck from their LJ friends list. She is interested in seeing who the top LJ lust object is, but to add a bit of an incentive she will let you know if your paramour lists you in return.

have a look. could be a _lot_ of fun.

that's why it is important to post links in your own journal so that your friends see and participate *evil grin*

You know, there's really only one person on my friends list that I'd like to and haven't before...

You can't just say that and not clarify. That's just plain evil. *grin*

Fun ?

How so ?

I have another suggestion as to it's purpose; information gathering for self gratification and clandestine machinations.

Oh well, it must be my experience of the "scene" of late that jades me towards such activities.

Then again, people are free to do as they will. I won't be a killjoy just because I interpret this activity and farcical and purile.

*shrug*

probably just my naivete (no, really). i tend not to have any issues with my information being known publically and cannot imagine how someone could use it to manipulate me or those close to me, so I tend to forget that this may not be so true of and for others.

upon reflection I can certainly see how this may be so.

if the motive is malicious or even just selfish, then puerile fits. if more innocent, then perhaps child-like rather than childish?

(opps reposted SEVERAL times due to pisspoor grammar...sheesh)

motives are always multi-faceted and are often drive by subconscious affairs.

Heh, just trying to throw another opinion into the quag mire.

:)

Dissention is what being a goth is all about...but then I'm not a goth.

How is "child-like" different to "childish" ?
