"vuvuzela" is too a word, google chrome
Internet, I got new clothes this week! Only two new tops, but still, they excite me, so I will show you!
First, an amazing tank top that reminded me of just why I love Target. I saw this in the store and literally doubled back for it with MINE MINE MINE written all over my face, I'm sure.
I've tried to compensate for the icky fluorescent lighting in my dorm via Photoshop coloring adjustments, but I still don't know if the green is coming through enough. It's this absolutely gorgeous, rich, emerald-type green, and I honestly don't know if it goes with my skin tone very well (does rich emerald-type green go with pasty pale except for farmer's tanned forearms? Idk), but it's such a beautiful color, I couldn't care less. I don't think you understand how much I love this tank. It's a lot. I ♥_______♥ every time I see it, which makes getting dressed and seeing it in my closet a very long process hahaha.
And this one is my new favorite Tshirt because hello, English major jokes! Someone posted it in their sign-up at the 'Thon and I saw it and made another MINE MINE MINE face and promptly ordered one for myself. I originally ordered it in royal blue, but apparently they are out of royal blue in the size and cut I wanted and have no plans to reprint them any time soon, so I figured a gray shirt was better than no shirt at all, and whatever, now I have it and I AM IN LOVE REGARDLESS OF THE COLOR. I think I'll wear it to classes on Monday and be wholely inappropriate, just like any time ever I wear this shirt out in public places. IT'LL BE AMAZING.
In other news, I got my hands on another copy of Photoshop (Ryan, you are the besttttt ♥), and I have spent the week putting it and Leopold's tablet function to good use. AND IT IS EXCELLENT OMG I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO NO-TABLET PHOTOSHOPPING EVERRRR. Anyways. I made things! Things that most of you have probably seen already because I am pimping them out, like, everywhere Pornathon-related, but whatever! I feel like sharing, so here you are.

And next, my first ever full fanmix, made for summerpornathon's second bonus challenge! I really enjoyed making it, actually. For one thing, it helped me understand why people make mixes in the first place -- I put more conscious character analysis into this than I have in a long while, and it was pretty mentally exhausting, Idk. I like what I came up with, though, and I hope you all do, too! I'm going to do the whole shebang with lyric selections and whatnot, so it's going behind a cut. And feedback is, as always, appreciated; there's no way I'll get better at this if I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong, after all. :D
