ughhhhh I can't even see it till Sunday and it's killing me because I've been waiting almost a year for this movie and everyone is going wild about how awesome it is!!!

omg bb, I just got back from seeing it, and seriously, I am still riding an adrenaline high. My favorite serious-type film has been Memento, another Nolan film, for years, and I never thought any movie would replace that, but I can honestly say that this one has. I am going to spend so much money seeing it again and again and again, but it will be worth it every time, because it is one of the most mind-bendingly perfect movies I think I will ever see. The film major friend I went to see it with felt the same way. Our whole trip back from the theater consisted of us just randomly going, "Holy fuuuuuuuuuck, that was SO AMAZING. How was it even so amazing? Holy. Fuck." I've also been waiting for about a year now for it, and it more than surpassed the hype I had built up for it in my head. I seriously just can't even process it right now, it was too wonderful, omgggg. Best of luck making it until Sunday; I know I couldn't.

ohgodddddd I think I'm going to cave in and see it tomorrow. I just can't take the wait anymore. I'd go right now if I could.
I hyped the crap out of that movie in my head too and the mere thought of it surpassing what I've created is almost enough to make me pass out.
Plus you saying it replaced the awesomeness that is Memento, is almost too much to handle.

I'm so giddy right now, it's crazy. To think that I honestly started getting worried that it might get tepid reviews because that would happen to something I loved before even seeing it.

Do ittttttttttt. My dad wanted me to wait until this weekend to see it, and I laughed at him when he called me and was like, "Um, no, sorry. I know you have to work the next day, but I have no classes and only an afternoon doctor's appointment. If you seriously think I'm not going to be at the midnight showing, you are crazy. But we can do later in the weekend, if you want." He was not amused.

Yeah, like. It's different than Memento, but also sort of the same in how it presents time and structure and whether those are really as fixed as we'd like to believe. It takes the already amazing job Memento did of exploring that and refines and elevates it to a level that is just unbelievable, and it is still just as much a mindfuck and just as much a puzzle to figure out as it progresses, and I am just so, so in love, even after only one showing. I want to see it again so badly, omg ( ... )

INCEPTION AKA THE NEWEST FILM CHRISTOPHER NOLAN HAS DEIGNED TO GIFT US WITH AS PROOF THAT HE LOVES US AND WANTS US TO BE HAPPY.

IN ALL SERIOUSNESS IT'S EASILY THE BEST PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER I'VE EVER SEEN. EVEN BETTER THAN MEMENTO, AND THAT SAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE I LOVE THAT MOVIE LIKE (ALMOST) NOTHING ELSE. IT'S AMAAAAAZING.
