What if we made more time to watch the stars
And found such patterns drawn among their hosts
-As we have learned to say that reason bars-
The dictate of vast numbers and not ghosts?

We could give up pretending that we know,
That what we do not know to be, is not,
And leave the world its power to bestow
The sense of wonder
