bloody washing machine.  fecking pump is at the bottom and has water in it, which is frozen.  This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that it's now full to the brim with water.  You'd thing that it'd have the nouse to realise that it wasn't pumping out before it got to adding the rinsing water and making it overflow through the soap
