^_^ *hugs* thanks, Damla. You've got some ridiculously long arms to reach me all the way back in the USA.

It's required by law to join the Selective Service. If i didn't, i'd be fined $125,000 or sent to prison for 6 years. It says so on the letter the government sent to me.

Haha, i know. But that's the thing, i try to go to sleep for such a long time at night, that by the time i actually fall asleep, it's ridiculously late and i won't be getting that much sleep anyway. But if i take Benadryl, i'll fall asleep a lot faster, but it'll be a bad non-fulfilling sleep! Bwwaaah, catch 22'd!!1

18 eh? i'd think you'd be mature enough to use medications responsibly, and for what they're intended. :-p i'm just kidding, kind of... it's not good to take medicines unless you need them... so if you've got allergies, go ahead and take benadryl... but if you just need to fall asleep more quickly... go buy some herbal sleeping pills or something, you might actually have good sleep if you took something meant for sleeping.

I did need the Benadryl, though. I've got this weird something... i'm allergic, or something, to my own blood, i think. I get welts in weird places that itch until i itch them (then they burn). If, and only if, i itch them, then they get really really big, as in diameter. They start out as pretty small, but come pretty off of my skin relative to the area around it. They're really hot, too; and red. I've had them ever since i rode a horse in Ecuador, so we're thinking it's something from said horse. Allegra seems to work really well against it with no noticeable side effects, but since Benadryl is also an anti-histamine and just had that added bonus of making me sleepy, i'd take that at night.

Also, most herbal sleeping pills are homeopathic, and i just laugh at those, because homeopathy is pseudoscience. They make me happy, though, because they remind me of Mr. LeMay who taught my Scientific Method and Modern Culture class. ^_^
