SOOOOO yea i'm SO freakin happy =) WE'RE GETTING THE HOUSE..like my dad was intown today, and he came over and he said he was gonna go w/ us to the lil' meeting thing..and then we was talking and he asked the lady he goes"would you be willing to sell the house for the regular price you would normally sell it for + the years rent?" and she goes"
