Hello!

I was recently prescribed Ponstan for severe abdominal pain. It's something I've never heard of before which makes me feel a little iffy about taking it. I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with it that they could share. I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons.

It's an NSAID (non-steroidal antinflamatory drug), the class to which Motrin and Aleve and aspirin belong. I don't have experience with that one in particular, but they're all pretty similar and above all safe. Take it with food or milk. Even if youdont feel the GI effects short term you will in the long run if you don't. Feel better.
